The Odyssey Collector Drop: Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

2. When it runs

  • The giveaway takes place once a month via a post on Instagram @the.design.odyssey.

  • Each drop opens when the post goes live and closes on the date and time stated in that month's post (Amsterdam time).

3. How to enter

  • Comment on that month's giveaway post as instructed in the post (for example, the number of your favourite artwork).

  • Entry is free. No purchase, follow, share or tag is needed.

  • One entry per person per drop. Multiple accounts or entries from the same person count once.

4. Who can enter

  • Open worldwide to anyone aged 18 or over.

  • Under 18? You may enter only with permission from a parent or guardian.

  • I may exclude entries that look fake, automated or abusive.

5. How winners are chosen

  • After the drop closes, 8 winners are drawn at random from all valid comments on the giveaway post.

  • The draw takes place within 3 days after the closing date, using a random selection tool.

  • Winners are notified by DM from @the.design.odyssey. My decision is final.

6. The prize

  • Each of the 8 winners gets one free digital artwork (or artwork set) of their choice from the options shown in that month's post.

  • The prize can't be exchanged for cash or transferred, and has no cost for the winner.

7. Claiming your prize

  • I'll DM you a link to claim your prize. You'll be asked for your name and email address so I can send the file.

  • Please claim within 7 days of my DM. Unclaimed prizes lapse and are not passed on.

  • I will only contact you from @the.design.odyssey. I'll never ask for payment, passwords or bank details. Any other account asking is a scam, so please report it.

8. How you can use the artwork

  • All artwork remains © Rebeka Martens-Kadlicsek / The Design Odyssey. All rights reserved.

  • You may print the file and display it in your own home, for personal use ONLY.

  • You may not sell, share, redistribute, modify, reproduce commercially, or use the artwork for AI training, NFTs or print-on-demand.

  • Sharing a photo of your framed print on social media with credit to @the.design.odyssey is very welcome and highly appreciated.

9. Your data

  • I use your name, email and social handle only to deliver your prize.

  • Giveaway data is deleted within 3 months after the drop.

  • See my Privacy Policy for your rights.

10. Platform disclaimer

  • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, run by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

  • By entering, you release Meta from any responsibility connected to the giveaway.

11. Other

  • I'm not responsible for missed comments, DMs or emails caused by technical problems, spam filters or platform issues.

  • I may cancel or change a drop if something outside my control makes it necessary. These terms will never be changed to your disadvantage during a running drop.

  • These terms are governed by Dutch law. This giveaway follows the Dutch Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance (Gedragscode Promotionele Kansspelen) where it applies.
